Welcome to jellico.in, operated by Jellico Lifestyle ("Jellico", "we", "us"), Building 5, First Floor, Sector 6, HUDA, Panipat, Haryana 132103, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or use this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

Our plush toys are handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish from product photographs may occur and are not defects. Some products, such as bag charms, contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

3. Personalised products

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any text you submit, including spelling, spacing, and symbols. We embroider exactly what you enter.
  • We may refuse or cancel personalisation requests containing offensive, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content, or text that infringes third-party trademarks or copyrights. If we cancel for this reason, prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
  • Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable except as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unserviceable addresses; any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Cash on Delivery

COD orders may be verified before dispatch. We may restrict COD for addresses or accounts with repeated refused deliveries.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Jellico name, logo, product designs, photographs, and text — is owned by Jellico Lifestyle and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for courier delays beyond our control.

10. Grievance redressal

For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer (details on our Contact Information page). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panipat, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
