Shipping policy

The short version: everything — including personalised pieces — dispatches within 24 hours, ships free above ₹799, and arrives trackable almost anywhere in India.

Dispatch

• All orders, including personalised and embroidered items, are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

• 3–7 business days from dispatch for most of India; metros often see it sooner.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹799.
• Flat ₹79 on orders below ₹799.

Cash on Delivery

• COD is available across serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge, with no order value limit.
• COD orders may be verified via WhatsApp or call before dispatch. Orders we can't verify, or addresses with repeated COD refusals, may be cancelled or moved to prepaid-only.

Courier and coverage

• We ship via Delhivery and currently deliver within India only.
• If your PIN code isn't serviceable, we'll contact you with options, including a full refund.

• Once dispatched, delivery timelines are in the courier's hands; if anything looks stuck, write to us and we'll chase it for you.
